In the wake of the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict, ACT for America was the first and only national organization calling for Congress to pass National Stand Your Ground Laws.
On November 17th ACT for America began our national campaign to call on Congress to pass National Stand Your Ground Laws, we empowered THOUSANDS of Americans to call on their local representatives to introduce legislation.
On November 25th Representative Matt Gaetz answered our calls by announcing plans to introduce a National Stand Your Ground Laws Bill as a tribute to Kyle Rittenhouse because “his constituents demanded”.
Through our Mandate Freedom Campaign, we are fighting the most comprehensive legislative action against Mandates. Two more states have banned Vaccine Mandates this week! 24 states are currently protected.

UPDATE: Another Grassroots Victory! We are so thrilled to report news that the Senate voted last Wednesday to overturn Biden’s Covid-19 OSHA Vaccine Mandate, in a 52-48 vote on the floor, sending a clear message to the House that any attempt to legislate or fund this mandate will be dead on arrival!
