Since taking office, President Biden has imposed DEI policies across every federal agency, igniting racial tensions we have fought so hard to overcome since the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  

These DEI initiatives do not unite us; they drive us further apart. Instead of fostering a sense of community and shared purpose, they exploit our differences to create division and animosity. We must reclaim the spirit of the Civil Rights Movement, which aimed to judge people by the “content of their character, not the color of their skin.”

The Dismantle DEI Act aims to eliminate all federal DEI programs and funding for federal agencies, contractors, organizations receiving federal grants, and educational accreditation agencies.

This act will dismantle Biden’s DEI framework by:

• Rescinding relevant executive orders.
• Terminating Chief Diversity Officers and closing DEI offices.
• Ending DEI and critical race theory training.
• Outlawing mandatory employee DEI pledges.
• Revoking all DEI funding at the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, and other federal agencies.
• Prevents federal contracts from being rewarded to entities using prohibited DEI practices, affecting nearly $1T in contracts awarded to companies across various industries, including defense, aerospace, and construction.
• Prohibits federal grant recipients in fields like medicine and energy from employing DEI practices
• Prevents educational accreditation agencies from using accreditation powers to enforce DEI policies at educational institutions.
