No. ACT for America does not support candidates for elections. The organizations purpose is public policy advocacy and development—in particular, the identification and advancement of ACT’s goals at the federal, state, and local level.

ACT’s Federal Government Affairs department advocates on behalf of the policies we support. ACT is an advocacy organization that trains and mobilizes citizens to speak out for the adoption and implementation of strong and effective national security policies.

Yes, ACT for America Education, Inc. is a non-profit public policy organization as defined in Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(3). ACT for America is also a 501(c)(4).
