Stop Masking and Muzzling Students and Faculty!

We’ve had three years to implement constitutionally sound Covid Mask Policy and have failed in 45 states!

It’s time to stop kicking the can down to local jurisdictions to implement draconian mask mandate requirements based on the whims of a few individuals at the local Department of Health or local School Superintendent and School Board.

Call on your state to introduce and pass a “Freedom to Choose Masks in School’ legislation, banning mask mandates statewide with a provision that protects a person’s right to choose as parents, students, and faculty.

Stop mask discrimination as a condition of in-person learning and teaching now! Oxygen is essential and everyone has a right to breathe freely!

Masking should always be a choice, not a mandate!
