The issue of partisan redistricting and the addition of 26 extra House seats due to the inclusion of illegal aliens and VISA holders in the US Census is a travesty and a major concern for many Americans. In 2016, President Trump reinstated the citizenship question on the 2020 census, a query that had been legally included since 1820 until it was removed in 1960 when illegal immigration was minimal. Today, illegal immigration's impact is undeniable and a top concern for 70% of Americans. Excluding this question distorts congressional representation and undermines our elections, making it imperative to ensure accurate and fair apportionment based on true citizen counts.

The House passed this critical legislation, and now it’s time for the US Senate to act and end this one-party takeover scheme! The Equal Representation Act is crucial for restoring integrity to our electoral process and preventing overwhelming foreign interference.
